Relish is now accepting new wholesale accounts and the ability for our current wholesalers the same ease of our retail customers.
All of our new accounts are screened individually by our management team to ensure that the client is the right match for Relish Inc. The application process involves filling out the form below. We are looking for clients who will represent Relish Inc. in a way that will maintain our brand aesthetic and integrity.
Once your application is received, our management team will review your application and respond via email to the address you provided on your application.
Approved Relish Inc. wholesalers will be able to purchase our sea glass jewelry in bulk at our wholesale pricing rate.
Relish Inc. is a custom manufacturer. We provide the opportunity to order our items in several colors and options. Colors are subject to availability and may vary. Orders placed for custom pieces will need to be made and you will be notified regarding estimated completion time. Normal manufacturing process takes 2 weeks.
From time to time, we may offer wholesale specials or pomotions. The prices of these special offerings are valid only for the time specified, regardless of orders placed near the promotional offering. Refunds or credits will not be applied to orders falling outside the dates of the offering.
Retail promotions or sales can not be applied to ANY wholesale order. These sales are specific to our retail customers only.
Reprinting of any Relish Inc. photographs from the web or otherwise may only be done with written permission, specifically referencing each photograph needed and must feature "property of Relish Inc." in/on the photograph and be legible. All items offered by Relish Inc. are copy protected and duplication in any manor, physically or by image, is prohibited. Copyright infringement will not be tolerated. Photographs shall not be used by any retailer not currently doing business with Relish Inc. (within 12 months).
Only damaged goods will be considered for return on Wholesale Orders. Please review items as soon as they arrive. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise and be authorized. Returns based on color selection or size will not be accepted. All items must be in original condition and returned in the same manor as sold.
Claims once authorized will be for credit, not cash. No returns will be accepted without obtaining an Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please call 814.836.1827 to obtain a RMA number and return shipping address. Returns submitted without an RMA number will be returned to shipper at shipper's expense.
