2022 Great Lakes Beach Glass & Coastal Arts Festival
Sat & Sun October 8-9, 2022 at the Bayfront Convention Center overlooking Erie’s beautiful Presque Isle Bay.
Important info
Booth details. Each 10 x 10 corner booth ($400) comes with one 8' draped table, 2 chairs and one waste can or 10 x 10 wall booth ($350) booth comes with one (1) - 8’ draped table, 2 chairs, & 1 waste can.
This year we are once again offering a VIP early bird option for guests on Saturday ONLY starting at 9AM. Please be ready to sell by then! The general show hours are 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am - 4 pm on Sunday.
Set-up and tear down hours. We encourage that if your driving and have a dolly to bring to do so.
- Friday October 7th - vendor set-up 1pm-5pm
- Saturday October 8th – vendor set-up 7am-9am
- Saturday tear down - 5pm-7pm
- Sunday October 9th – vendor set-up 8am-10am
- Sunday tear down – 4pm-6pm
Layout. Because we are striving to make this a safe, fair, exciting and interesting marketplace, your booth location is more than likely to change each year. You will receive an electronic booth layout once it has been created. Upon arrival to the convention center we will have your vendor packet at a table near the load in dock.
Tax Info. You are responsible to collect Pennsylvania sales tax (6%).
We've collaborated with the Erie Bayfront Sheraton and are happy to announce that they're offering a reduced rate for vendors. These rooms will go fast, reserve soon!
