Delaware Here We Come!  Hope you're ready for us! The location of the 2008 North American Sea Glass Festival has been decided. The University of Delaware's Virden Center in Lewes Delaware will be the locale for the Oct. 11-12, 2008 Sea Glass Festival! Hope to 'sea' your glass there.

NASGA Sea Glass Festival

Wow, Relish just returned from the second sea glass festival held in Santa Cruz, California.  The show was a huge success with over 1500 in attendance!  There were people from all over the United States, Canada and Scotland.  It was wonderful to share the passion we have for genuine sea glass with other like minded addicts!  Sea glass and it’s applications is a growing industry and we’re so proud to be a part of it on such a grass roots level.  We look forward to the shows first east coast appearance in Lewes, Delaware scheduled for October 2008.  We would love to see you there!

Relish Wins 2006 Athena Award

ATHENA PowerLink is a national mentoring program that connects selected women business owners with a skilled advisory panel. The advisory panel, which is made up of lawyers, bankers, accountants, insurance agents and business advisors, will provide free business consultation for one year. The panel will consult to help the business owner achieve networking, capital, operational and strategic goals. The program will also help enhance the business owner's leadership and management skills for future business endeavors

North American Sea Glass Festival a Big Hit!

Sea Glass aficionados from Nova Scotia, Alaska and all over North America visited Relish at the North American Sea Glass Festival in Santa Cruz. California. Jennifer Reed, co-owner of Relish was quoted as saying: "The acceptance by people from all over North America was overwhelming! We really felt great about this Festival and can't wait to do this again next year."

Relish wins "Retail Business of the Year"

Relish wins Gannon University's Small Business Development Center's Retail Business of the year 2005 award! The award was presented on June 1, 2005.

1st Annual Northeast Sea Glass Festival in Rockport, Maine. October 9th, 2004

Relish was invited to attend the Northeast Sea Glass Festival which featured the world's top sea glass artisans and collectors. Enthusiasts from all over the country attended this first-ever event. On display was the 50 year collection of Nellie Myrtle Pridgen from Nags Head, NC. It featured sea glass dating back to the 1500s. The festival was such an enormous success that event planners are discussing holding the festival in a different city each year. Check our website in the future months to find out the location and date on next year's event.

Annual Beach Party

Our fifth annual beach party was held on June 17th, 2006. It was a blast! Customers enjoyed great snacks, fun summertime music, and a 20% off discount on all in-store merchandise. Book signing with author Richard La Motte — June 11th —
A screaming success!

Richard La Motte who recently released his new book "Pure Sea Glass" - Discovering Nature's Vanishing Gems was at Relish for a book signing. Richard, an Eastern Maryland resident began extensive research into sea glass colors and their origins. This beautifully written book is a must for any sea glass enthusiast.
